House Rules
We want to offer you an unforgettable experience at CABANA IZVORANU and therefore we have established a series of principles and rules that we respectfully ask you to keep in mind both during and after your stay.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
o Guest reception starts at 15.00
o Departure no later than 11:00.
o There is the possibility to store guests' luggage on departure in a special room at no extra cost.
o Early arrivals and late departures can be accepted on request, subject to availability.
o Documents required for accommodation: Identity card or passport or driving licence
o Any type of bed (baby or extra bed) will be granted on the basis of a request approved by the hotel management
RATES
Rates vary depending on the type of room you choose, availability and the number of people in the room.
o For extra bed (extra sofa bed/extra bed) an additional accommodation fee of 60 LEI/person/night is charged.
o Extra breakfast:
Adults - 38 lei
4-12 years - 25 lei
1-4 years - 15 lei
o Reservations can be cancelled up to 5 days before the check-in date without cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made within 5 days, then the accommodation fee for the first night will be retained.
o Failure to check in will result in a charge for the first night's accommodation.
TECHNOLOGY
o At Cabana Izvoranu there is mobile phone signal (regardless of operator) only in certain areas.
o WIFI is available in the Restaurant and rooms but there is also the possibility, due to the isolation, that there may be periods of interruptions.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION POLICY
o Environmental protection is a permanent concern for us, which is why we promote a responsible attitude in this respect. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days or upon request.
o Please use water wisely - it is not an inexhaustible source!
o Don't let the water run unnecessarily!
o Check at the exit of the room that the water and the switches are off!
SUSTAINABILITY
o Some products are from own farm
o Heated water from solar panels
o Electricity produced by photovoltaic panels
o The buildings are renovated and built with local materials
o The rooms have refurbished furniture or produced by local craftsmen
o We serve local dishes, with ingredients from the region, according to local recipes

FIRE PROTECTION
o The safety of our guests comes first.
o The buildings in our complex are equipped with smoke sensors and fire alarms
o Please do not smoke or light candles or scented sticks. The alarm was going off automatically.
o Please familiarise yourself with the evacuation plan displayed in visible places and the position of fire extinguishers.
PARKING
o We have private parking at the hostel.
o We do not assume any responsibility for possible theft or damage to guests' vehicles. We advise you not to leave valuables in the car, let alone in plain sight.
PLAYGROUND FOR CHILDREN
o We are not responsible for the safety of children at the playground
o You are obliged to supervise children in the courtyard of the guesthouse, near the farm animals, near the lake and at the playground.
LIES
o Cabana Izvoranu reserves the right not to accept guests who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, who disturb the peace of other guests, do not respect the rules and policies of the hotel, cause damage, try to bring into the hotel prohibited, flammable, toxic substances, etc.
o Guests who refuse to abide by these house rules, designed to ensure the safety of all guests, will be evicted without refund of the reservation fee, if any.
o CABANA IZVORANU reserves the right to amend, modify, make additions, to the policy and set of house rules on the guesthouse website without any prior notice. Any changes made publicly on the website prior to check-out are considered part of the agreement made with the booking. A copy of this set of hotel rules and policies is available in each room and at the front desk upon request.
RESTAURANT
BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER
o All meals are served in the restaurant.
o Breakfast is served between 08:30 - 10:30,
Lunch between 12:30 - 15:00
Dinner between 19:00 - 21:00
o For occasional guests (who are not staying with us), the meal rates are 38 lei/adult for breakfast,
98 lei/adult for lunch and 92lei/adult for dinner.
o Children's rates are:
4-12 years - 25 lei/breakfast, 56 lei/lunch, 50/dinner
1-4 years - 15 lei/breakfast, 35 lei/lunch, 25 lei/dinner
o Meals are partly buffet and partly made to order.
o The food is generally cooked according to the season, the raw material purchased from local producers and
the chef's inspiration, being intergrally prepared in our kitchen. Bread is produced in our kitchen.
o We always make sure that we have options for our vegetarian guests.
o Access to the kitchen is allowed only to farm staff. Access with food from outside the guesthouse does not
is allowed (except for guests with special diets due to food intolerances/allergies).
o Drinks are to be paid separately, according to the rates displayed in the restaurant.
o In addition to the traditional drinks, i.e., tuica, palinca, cranberry / cherry and house wine (white and red), you also have a selection of carefully selected bottled wines.
o If you want to consume your favourite wine that is not on our list, you can bring it to us and serve it to us
against a cork fee of 20 lei/ bottle
o Guests are asked not to be late for any of the meals, so as not to create disruptions in the kitchen in
preparing the next meal.
o Access to the restaurant is allowed only in decent attire. Also, please keep conversations in a reasonable tone so as not to disturb other guests.
